This page describes how the Waterford Lease Docs internal tool uses
Google account data.
Waterford Lease Docs is an internal tool used by Waterford Apartments
staff to generate lease documents from a Google Docs template. It
connects to Google Drive and Google Docs solely to copy an internal
lease template, insert tenant and lease information, and export the
result as a PDF.
This tool is for internal staff use only and is not available to the
public. It does not share, sell, or use Google account data for
advertising. Data accessed through Google's APIs is limited to the
specific lease template document used for this purpose.
